The game works without an account
Guilde & Cie can be played entirely offline, with no account required. Your progress is then stored only on your device, and is never sent anywhere.
Data collected if you create an account (multiplayer features)
Creating an account is optional and only unlocks multiplayer features (guild leaderboard, alliances). With Google, we receive your email address and Google ID via the official Google Sign-In mechanism, never your password. With a magic link by email, we receive the email address you enter. We also receive the guild name you reserve, your guild level, total gold earned, and a computed power score, used only for the public leaderboard and alliances. No other data is collected: no location, no contacts, no ad tracking.
Where this data is stored
Account and multiplayer game data is hosted by Supabase, our technical provider, acting as a data processor. No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request its deletion at any time.
Deleting your account and data
You can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time, from within the app (Multiplayer tab) or via our
account deletion page.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated over time. A significant change will be announced in the app.
